How to create a DAX chart?

I tried to create a new chart with DAX, the window forms, but no data in chart. I selected index for Type and Name: DAX

any ideas?

Can you please tell me who your data provider is?
What is the interval of the chart?
Are there any errors in the log tab of the Control Center?

my data provider is Mirus Zenfire

I tried a 5 minute and a 4 range chart

no, there are no error messages in the log

the name at the top of the chart appears as ^DAX, but no information appears in the chart, no bars nothing

Hi,

The reason you can not view index data with Zen-Fire is because Zen-Fire does not offer index data, they only offer futures data. To view that particular index you will need a data provider that offers index data. Please see the following link for more information.
