moving charts from one workspace to another

In upcoming NT 7, is there anyway one could move charts from one workspace to another? Right now in NT 6.5, only way to move chart is to like save them as a template and then recreate them in another workspace. And all draw objects are lost.

Would be nice to have a feature to move charts from one workspace to another. Or may be like a feature to save charts by their name independently,so that they could be opened in another workspace too if needed.

New Global Draw Objects
Draw objects now have an "Attach to" property and can be set to Instrument. Setting a Draw object to an instrument makes it global and any chart with this instrument regardless of chart type will display this draw object and receive any location and property modifications made.

Thanks Bertrand. That is a nice feature to have draw objects globally populated.

So, if a new chart is created in another workspace, one can make all of its older draw objects populated in new wokspace, correct ?

Also,can you please consider a feature for future NT release,where a chart can be simply moved/transferred between workspaces? Or something like, the same chart exist in two workspaces simultaneously? Would be nice to have a simple way to move charts or like have a duplicate chart in another workspace.

Shooter, correct - if you choose to attach the drawn object(s) globally upon creation. Thus the values are available on next charts and / or new charts in a different workspace.
