Alert window not opening

I set 2 alert conditions on an indicators column with sound file. The condition occurs, I hear the sound file, but no alert window opens.

Any ideas?

okay, nevermind. I see now that we have to open the window from the Control Center->File->New->Alerts. . .

Thank you for your post.

When an alert is generated the Alerts window will not open automatically at this time within NinjaTrader. I will forward this to our development team for future considerations.

In order to view alerts you will need to open the Alerts window by going to to File-->New-->Alerts
