MB does not appear in my list of account connections. I need to set them up. How do I do this?

This is likely an issue with licensing. Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your license key. You can find your license key listed under Help > License Key.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
