Error on historical data

Hi

I am using Interactive Broker as a provider.
I am trying to add some index on the Instrument manager, I have a problem when trying to create an specific instrument for the DJ Eurostox 50 index listed on the DTB exchange, because the "DTB" exchange doesnt appear on the exchanges list on the Instrument Editor so, I am forced to mark default exchang (Misc: ESTX50|DTB) but when I try to open the chart it appears a blank screen with no chart.

I would appreciate if you could help me solving this problem

Hello Juan Perez,

Please set exchange to Eurex and use ESTX50 as symbol mapping and check if you receive data. Note to set currency to Euro as well.

I received data on my end using these settings.

It worked thanks a lot, but I have the same problem with another index, its call Ibex 35 Index (Misc: IBEX35|MEFFRV), listed on the MEFFRV exchange, not listed neither on the exchanges list on the Instrument Editor, not working if I use instead Meff exchange.

Unfortunately I cannot test it, since the IB account on my end is not authorized to receive this data.

What happens if you use symbol mapping of IBEX35 with the Meff exchange?

I try to open the chart using MEFF exchange but it appears a blank screen with no chart.

Could I add an exchange on the exchanges list on the Instrument Editor?

Unfortunately it is not possible to add exchanges in the software.

Did you use IBEX35 as symbol map instead of IBEX35|MEFFRV?
