    error in connecting to esignal

    hi

    just got esignal as data feed provider and i have created account connection but when i want to connect it gives me an error that say's:
    levell II couldn't connect

    what should i do

    Thank you for your post.

    This occurs when your eSignal account is not entitled for level 2 (market depth) data. You must change your eSignal account connection in NinjaTrader by performing the following steps.
    • From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Account Connections
    • Select your eSignal connection and press the "Change" button
    • Press the "Next" button several times until you reach the screen wich holds your eSignal account information
    • Remove all text from the field "Level II server host" so that it is blank
    • Press the "Next" button and then the "Finish" button
    • Restart NinjaTrader and connect to your eSignal account
