"Reload historical data" option is disabled. I'm on PATS connection

Hi. I just switched to a broker with PATS from one with TT.

Today I opened the chart and found that it doesn't load historical data, and the first bar starts on current time even I selected 15 days back. also I found "Reload historical data" option is disabled.

does PATS not provide historical data or my setting is wrong?

if I get a connection like zen-fire, and trade through PATS, how to set up so that I can make sure that NT uses zen-fire as data feed not PATS?
