time of day indicator/setting

What I want is something that, for example, highlights a section of my chart everyday based on the time. So, for example, everyday at midday until 1pm, the chart would be purple to remind me that it is lunchtime and to watch out for the lunchtime chop, for example?

I know I can just download an alarm from the web to remind me of various times to be aware of, but i wondered if there was an feature/indicator available so that ot would all be integrated together?
