submitting orders when market is closed; connected to IB data feed

Fantastic product you have here, it does almost everything i need it to do, but i have one major issue that is hindering my purchase decision.

I'd like to be able to start strategies that can submit live working historical orders even when there is no market data for the instrument. For instance, if I start a strategy on SDS at 10pm PST, SDS is in a closed state on IB so the strategy will try to submit orders that get rejected and the strategy gets killed. Does this happen only on the Sim101 account or does this also happen when I'm using IB as the order account?

I can solve this by setting "Wait for data (secs)" in the simulator account to a really high number so it'll wait til the morning for incoming data, but it maxes out at 100 secs.

If my memory serves me correctly, this willl not happen with live account. It happens in sim since we need market data in order to drive the simulation engine.
