draw 2 vertical lines at specific time each day

Is there an easy way to draw 2 vertical lines at specific time each day automatically?

Perhaps use indicator, if strategy, then need to load it every time.

Anyone has something like this?

Yes, I can do it using strategy.

Like I said above, it would require me to load it each time I connect, a little inconvenience.
