Order execution with IB

My strategy exited a long position (live with IB) for 375 shares. The log shows the execution for a sell of 300, then nothing. IB actually closed the position of 375. I was left with an open position of 75 on NT.

Any particular reason why this might happen?

I decided to wait and see if it was an aberation. I traded a couple of positions today and eveything closed out at end of day as they were supposed to. If it reoccurs, I will repost to this thread.
