Can trial version be updated to live version without deleting?

I have a trial version of NT from a broker. Of course I have all my charts, defaults, workspaces, etc., set up like I like them. When I go to live trading, and not necessarily with that broker, can I use the same NT platform I already have installed and it be set up to trade live, or will I have to delete that one and install a new one losing all my preferences?

If I have to delete that one, where are the workspace, chart setups, etc files found in NT so I can save them and put them in the new NT?

Thank you for your post.

No, you will not need to install a different version of NinjaTrader when swithing to a Live license and you will not lose any workspaces, charts, etc. that you have created at this time. Everything will remain the same when changing to a live license.

After purchasing your live NinjaTrader license you will simply switch it out with the Free @SIM key and you will have access to your live trading accounts.
