Errors on Start up

I receive the error in the attached picture. If I press ok I can go into the program but with limited functionality, I can only get a limited amount of daily information and no intraday information from my data feed. I am working on a Mac but running NT through Parallels software which runs a native windows XP environment. Any help you can provide is much appreciated.

Please also try a fresh worspaces set - go to MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\workspaces and delete the xml files present, then restart fresh.

Bertrand, thanks for the response I am using NT version 6.5.1000 and for I have tried both Zen and DTN data feeds, both with the same result. I deleted the xml files, NT then took forever to get started and when it did, it crashed on me. Any thoughts?

I installed the latest version but I am still receiving this error. Then after I press ok, I receive the second error.

boilergradd, is this on a virtual Windows / MAC environment? Was it resolved with giving access to the proper shared folders as noted in the other thread you participated in?
