Trouble Importing Script

I'm trying to import a new script I downloaded from the user forum. I get the message:

"You have custom Ninjascript files on your PC that have programming errors. These errors must be resolved before you can import a NinjaScript Archive File."

I then went to tools>edit ninjascript>strategy. I tried to delete a couple of test scripts I tried to put together but could not ultimately get to work. However, when I try to delete the scripts from the list I get a message that the file can not be deleted. 'This file is likely referenced by other Ninjascript files and these dependencies need to be removed first'
