Why does my ninja freeze on loading certain stocks?

I have had some problems with ninja loading certain stocks. I am using my DTN data feed, and I dont know what the problem is.

This happens with Daily EOD charts as well sometimes.

This happened with STP, and now with FAS. I did not see the symbol in the list when I attempted to switch to it, so I tried to type it in manually and it just freezes.

Are the FAS and STP symbols added in the master instrument list under Tools > Instrument Manager?

I am using NT 6.5.1000.12.

4.6.0.7 is the IQ client I'm using. I was able to add the symbol to the list and get it to open.
