Can't connect historical data server to get data backfill

I use zenfire and latest NT6.5 both demo and always get error message "unable to connect to Ninja Trader data server (64.202.118.132/31654)".But realtime datafeed from zenfire works fine.

I'm having the same problem as well... But i'm using live account with gain (forex).

Looks like Ninja Trader server its down.. Hopefully Ninja Trader team its working on it to fix it up...
