sound that says something

Hi,

Is there a way to make some sound file that says some words or sentence?

Like using a robot to record some sound, rather me saying it. So I can put it to use in my strategy.

Any recommendations?

I did something like this with the following link

You can capture the sound file with the Windows recorder for free, then edit it as you please with free apps on the web (assuming you don't have any sound editing software).
