NYSE Tick "Unknown Error"

I cannot open a Tick chart. I have DTN and I know it is running and the symbol is included my instrument manager. I have no problems with any other futures or stocks. I know that the data is there since I can open it in another software. I am out of ideas. and keep getting the same message " unknown error"

Thank you for your post.

Please use the steps I have provided below to add the instrument used with IQFeed.

• Tools
• Instrument Manager
• New
• Please input the information in the screen shot below for the Definitions and Misc. tab
• Click OK
• Select TICK.Z
• Click on the < arrow to add to your default list

Please let me know if you are able to receive data after this procedure.
