Chart Trader Error

I'm not sure if this is in the right section or not.

Anyways, for some reason my chart trader PnL readout is off. When I am down a tick or so, it says 8 ticks. Really freaked me out the first time it happened. I called my broker and confirmed all my orders, its simply the PnL readout is wrong. Do I have to reset my database to fix this?

Could it be you setup commissions that cause the PnL display to reflect such values?

Please check the Commissions-tab at Tools-->Options.

Check the instrument in question as well. Go to Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the instrument in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit. Subsequently click the Misc-tab.

Thanks for the quick response. I haven't touched the commish. I just checked and they are all at $0.00. I haven't touched any PnL settings that I know of.

Can you repair your Database and see if that corrects your issue.
Go to Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Repair DB.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
