username and password confidential?

Hello,

When I put in username and password under Account Connections, is this information confidential or encrypted so that no one would know? Because this information is routed to servers, is there any chance that system administrators or anyone on that side have access to it?

You would need to contact your broker/provider in order clarify. Broker/provider usually request a username + password to be sent to their servers. NT would not control:
a) how these credentials would be sent to the broker/provider server nor
b) how they are processed there
