Zen fire demo feed

Hi I,m trying to connect to a demo AMP futures feed . I enter name & password they sent me, but when I try to connect get message account connection failed check your connection.
I have a live license key & TDA connection. Do I have to enter the demo licence key amp futures sent me?. Is that why its no working thankyou Julian

I have same problem , suspect this is a problem from ZF side with demo accounts .... remember it happened another time in the past.
