Ball on close bars

Is there an existing custom bar type or indicator out there that can make my bars look different? I want a vertical bar from Low to High and then an ellipse (or something that is much more visible than the tiny right tick that the default NT bars shows) at the current Close.

Plot0.Set(Close[0]);

or use the indicator wizard and set the plots to whichever color you want and type to Dot
