HSI months

I am trying to view the August HSI contract, and when I try and bring up any kind of chart (minute, volume, tick), it just comes up blank. I can open a front month (September) HSI chart and it populates just fine, and I can also open an October contract chart, just nothing before the front month. I am getting this data through E-signal.

Are there any error messages within the Log tab of the Control Center?

Please attempt to reload historical data by right mouse clicking within your chart and choose Reload Historical Data.

If this does not resolve the issue please let me know if you are able to open a chart of the July expiry within NinjaTrader.

There are no errors in the log.

I tried to reload historical data, but that did not seem to have any effect.

I cannot load the July contract either.
