Activating ATM

Just reinstalled NT:Static Order Dome shows price but the ATM function is inactive.
Any ideas?
For info': I have a live a/c.

Can you elaborate on the ATM function being inactive?
Is ATM not selectable? Is ATM not functioning once you enter a position?

Yes, from <None> downward is "grayed out" so I cannot select strategy target etc.
