the strategy wizard wont close after the strategy is edited successfully

Hi,

The strategy wizard wont close after the strategy is edited successfully.

Usually that final window will close after I click:"The strategy has been created/edited successfully" the sentence maybe not exactly what it is, but you get the point.

I can not click close, "x" to close it. Only way to close it is close the whole NT platform.

It just happens recently, after I edited some strategies.

Even the windows is still there, I can access any other pages without problem. It just stay there as a window, I can go back without problem, just unable to close it.

Could you please open a different workspace and check if the issue persists.

If not, please remove the workspace that experiences the issue.

After I changed to another workspace, then modify one of the strategy that gave me problem, now I have no issue closing it automatically after its done.


So what do I do now to fix the original issue?

Hello MoreYummy,

I suggest to remove that workspace and rebuild a brand new workspace.

It is working now without doing anything else. Both workspace is fine.
