Adding VIF future of IB

i try to add Vix future of IB and i get a error: Instrument not supported. I think i have followed all points in the instrument manager.

Please click the Misc-tab and enter VIX next to Interactive Brokers. Check if you receive data without error.

thanks for your quick reply, but i clicked in the Misc-tab and i added VIX in "InteractiveBrokers" and it doesn´t work.

Are you able to receive data for the VIX futures instrument in TWS?

I tested it on my end using these settings and I was able to receive data in NinjaTrader.

Yes, i have VIX Future

Could you please remove the current VIX instrument in NinjaTrader and recreate a brand new one; it should work with these settings.
