Need suggestion for inexpensive datafeed with NT for papertrading

I was hoping for some insight in to what datafeed to pick with NT. I am waiting to open an account with IB until I feel more grounded in my trading and wish to paper trade for the next few years or so (on the side from my job). I am not ready to put 10K in an IB account.

My needs/wishes for a datafeed are as follows:

*use NT
*CME minis access
*inexpensive as possible (I used opentick at some point though that had its challenges!)
*I am in Canada so may have fewer possibilities

Any suggestions are appreciated.
