in the Instrument Manager, when inputting a double value for point value, let's say 14.1, the value will be rounded to the nearest integer if you press tab or click outside of the data field (that is, entering it.) It appears as if this field is an integer.
HOWEVER! The field clearly is not an integer, because if you type 14.1 and press OK, the next time you go into the instrument manager and search for the instrument you edited, the value displayed in the search results for this instrument is 14.1 !
Bit of inconsistency there. Hopefully, keep the value as a double when you fix it, not keep it as integer.
