Ninja trader keeps shutting down.

Hi, when I start up NT I get message; NT has detected a problem & needs to be shut down.
Information has been wriiten to the trace file.
I emailed support ; I was advised to repair the .Net framework.
When I go to Programs & features in Vista I do not see any .net2.0 to
highlight & repair. How do I go about doing this?.

Hi, when I go to link & download .Net framework 2.o, I get a message saying; The product is already installed as part of the operaating system.
When I go to programs & features I do not see .Netframework listed?

Hi Julian,

In the Programs and Features menu in the top left is an option that reads View Installed Updates. Select that option and let me know if .NET 2.0 is listed in that list.

Can you please send your log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. You can ifnd these files at the following locations:

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20090831 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20090831 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
