simulator commissions

I've searched the archives and i think i've done everything right som want to make sure.

I run ninja 6.5.1000.7 on simulator.
I've set up the commissions and they show up in my account summary, but dont seems to actually affect my 'total net profit'..?....
I have the 'apply commissions to my pnl' box ticked.

On a seperate issue, is it true that when the new ninjatrader7 comes out, all of the custome indicators wont work anymore? Can someone just stick with the old ninjatrader if that's the case?

Thank you for your post.

1.) Please upgrade to the current release of NinjaTrader (6.5.1000.12) at the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/download_download.htm

2.) After upgrading, if the issue persists, please provide me with the commission settings you are using.

3.) Custom indicators should continue to function within NinjaTrader 7. You are, of course, free to use which ever version of NinjaTrader you wish.
