cant load some instruments

I can load up YM, CL, 6E but cannot load TF (9-9)or GC(12_9) . No problem yesterday.
Any tips?

lindsayf, which broker or feed are you using? Do you get any errors in the log tab of the Control Center?

no errors logged..some charts just wont load..Zenfire feed..never had this problem before?

in the same template I can, for example, load YM in 10 seconds, the select Es with the same parameters and it will not load..nor will GC..or TF...then I can reload YM with no issue.?

lindsayf, checked mine here and can load TF and GC without any issues. I would suggest you delete your ZenFire account connection and Repair the DB under Tools > Options > Misc. After this recreate the ZenFire account connection fresh - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_ZenFire.htm

It might be a corrupted workspace / template file - have you tried loading the instruments without any template applied?

rebooted NT fixed problem..should have done that first...so probably a corrupted tmeplate//thks
