problem with connecting

im setting up a demo feed from amp futures (zenfire).

i followed the instructions to set it up etc and it comes up 'Login failed: Please check your account connections parameters and your internet connection'

i've entered the license key, and made an account with Amp futures


what now?

Please try recreating the Zen-Fire connection via Tools-->Account Connections.

Manually type in your username and password and check if the issue persists.

If so, please check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software, that could be blocking the connection.

If the issue remains, please send me your Zen-Fire username and password, so I can create and test your connection on my end.

yeh i sent an email. still doesnt work. even uninstalled it and installed it again.

Contact the broker that provided you the username and password and check if they are still valid.
