failed to send mail 535 incorrect authentication data

I send my Account Performance Summary and Trades List via email everyday. Today I get this error "failed to send mail 535 incorrect authentication data". I am using my gmail acct as sender and recipient...

Thank you for your note.

Unfortunately, this function does not work for some users. We intend to improve upon this in future versions.

In the meantime, please right click and export to excel, then attach the file to your email.

Getting that message out of the blue. Used to work fine sending via email. Was great, now ...well it sux!

Unfortunately, most likely the issue is related to programs that block the default servers used by NinjaTrader. Since this can be any number of programs, we do not troubleshoot this.

I suggest to check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software.

This just started happening to me today too! Haven't done anything different. Would be nice to get this feature working again, as it's a useful feature.

Go to "tools">"Options">"Misc". There try the "test" button, if it doesn't work with blanks, enter the "Server" , "Port", "User" & "Password" and try again.

Please don't ask me what are the Gmail server and port. I use other email. You can google it.
