Import historical data

Hi everyone.
Recently my main trading computer (desktop PC) crashed & I lost alot of historical data. Whilst I was having the desktop PC fixed I was trading from my laptop (2month period in total).
I would now like to bring the historical data over from my laptop & combine it with what I have now got on my desktop without losing the desktop data. The thing is I don't even know where to pull the data from on the laptop to even begin the process. Is anyone possibly able to point me in the right direction please?
I run windows vista premium on a HP.
Warning, I am not all that computer literate.

You can transfer your laptop settings as per the steps below.

Create a backup file as per the instructions at the link below on the laptop. Make sure 'Database' is checked.

Once NinjaTrader created a backup file, it is located at My Documents-->NinjaTrader Backup as .ntbk file.

Copy this file to the computer at the exact same location; My Documents-->NinjaTrader Backup.

Start NinjaTrader and restore your backup file.

Unfortunately, its is not supported to combine it with the current database.
