Import Historical Data Issue

I have tried to import a 1.4 gig tick data into NT. I get an out of memory error. I have a Intel dual processor with 4 gigs of ram.

To fix the above problem I split the file into 5 files. I can import each file now, but each subsequent file overwrites the previous files' data in NT.

Is there any way to get all the data into NT without overwritting the previously loaded/imported data?

I found the fix

As I reported earlier, each of my split files overwrote the previous files' data. This was because my split software kept the top line from the first file. Therefore, the first line of that file was the very begining date and always overwrote the data.
