eSignal trial version?... or Beta?

Hi
I have followed instructions to connect NT to eSignal. I can get connected for a fraction of a second and immediately disconneted.
I am using a 30 day trial version of eSignal. I am also using their beta version (8.0.1 (836).
Is this why I cannot connect or is it something else?

There should not be any issue with eSignal. I suggest going for latest regular eSignal release to eliminate potential trouble causes.

Regular eSignal version does not have range bars (only reason why I am trying eSignal) Only beta has it, hence my question. Do you think that the Beta version may have a connection issue?

We know that our officially supported version does not have an issues. We can't comment on the beta version.
