NT fails to start after installation on a new laptop

I installed NT 6.5.1000.12 on a new Sony VGN-TT290 laptop running windows vista business. Right after entering the license key, I get a message telling me that Ninjatrader needs to shut down and that information has been written to the trace file. I am pasting the trace file below. Please help.

Great! I read the link you provided and then edited the registry to disable the FIPS cryptographic checking. I can now run NT!

It worked initially but I have a new problem

I had to reinstall because I had copied over my Documents\username\NinjaTrader 6.5 directory from my old laptop and had noticed that I was unable to compile a new script.
So, I completely removed NT and the Documents\username\NinjaTrader 6.5 directory and then reinstalled. This time, I can enter the license code, and the program almost completely starts then fails. I am pasting my log and trace files below. Please help.
