Existing Connection Forcibly Closed

Here is the message that jumped out at me, and with loud prejudice:
"Login failed. Failed to convert to the rates interface: Systems.Net.Sockets. SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host at system.net.sockets.socket. receive(Byte[]buffer.int3"

What in the world is this??????????????????????

Well, you guys are the Ninja Support Team, and NT is the best platform I've used

I'm confident you'll get this thing reset right away.

Hello,

I'm not 100% sure, but the socket error comes up sometimes when there is another program interfering with NT. Try shutting down any other programs. Also, be sure no one is connecting with you login information.

If that does not help, send us an email from help>email to support which will include your log and trace files and we can take a better look.
