NT and Velocity Futures (TT)

My broker is velocity Futures and their data is from TT, I'm want activate the Russel in my account and thy send me the maps for the TF. The mao is:
R2000 Ind Mini|||W|1 and the exchange is Ipe.

Now I receiving data in my DOM, but when I open a chart , I receive the following message:

Error on loading chart data for 'TF 09-09 Ipe': Ninja Trader data server does not support this instrument, no data available.

How I can fix this problem?

Is your Trading Technologies account a Demo or a Live account?

When opening a chart window do you receive live data and no historical data?

I have a live account and Yes, I have historical data for the others emini (ES,YM,NQ).

Hi venecucho,

Can you please remove TF from your Default list-->Set the exchange as Nybot and add it back into your Default list.

Next please open a new chart with no template applied and let me know if you are able to receive data.

No Christ, If I change the exange I do not receive data, the exange have to be IPE, that was my broker told me.

Unfortunately when connected you will not receive historical data for the TF with Trading Technologies and will receive live data at this time.
