trailing stop for range bars

I would like to create a strategy to be used with range bars. In a nut shell the strategy would work as a trailing stop and trail a bar open a specified number of ticks. Once the number is matched the trade is stoped out. Can anyone suggest how do get started.

Hello Jason,

Thanks for a fast reply. However, the info you pointed to allows to create trailing stop strategy based on fixed values i.e it does not alow to calculate the stop based on when the bar opens and than either subtracting it from the open ( for long) or adding it to bar open ( for short ).

Is there any other way of getting it done?

Ok, I see. Unfortunately this is not supported using ATM strategies.
