Add New Symbol but not Working

After I added "SSG" (SGX exchange) and the add add new chart, it show me error as shown below. I also attached the symbol entry screen shots. SSG is in Singapore dollar but NT has no option to specify this. Could this be a problem?

Hi,

The SGX is already listed as an exchange in the Instrument Editor. What is the contract you want to trade? Do you have the specifications and broker symbol map to set this up?

I know that SGX already in but Singapore Dollar in not in.
The instrument is SSG, it is in Singapore dollar. See my above pictures to understand the problem.

I see, unfortunately this is not possible with IB we don't receive this quotation from them.
