    after multiple email to 'subscriper-support' I am still receiving requests to check if my computers clock is in sync...sic

    Can you please send me a screen shot of the error message you are receiving to support at sign ninjatrader dot com

    Please include Attn: Chris in the subject line.

    To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
