Charts not uploading

I just signed back up with barcharts as my data provider for live ninja charts for stocks/indexes. When I try and pull up a chart, it freezes and never uploads the charts. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Gary

Hi Gary, which NinjaTrader version are you using? Our most current one is 6.5.1000.12 which you can access via the Help > Download Site option.

Is this occuring for all symbols and timeframes? Please try a common symbol like the ES 09-09 or the DJIA.

yes..but not the futures

I am using Ninja 6.5. It is happening on all of the charts, except the futures, which is running through amp futures data feed. G-

Ok, does it work properly when connect to BarChart only? Are getting data shown then in the Control Center?

I just downloaded the new version

But the charts are all messed up. It took almost 10 minutes to upload the spx chart and it is showing the spx was at 890 today. That is only with barchart data feed open. G-

Please try the reload historical data option again with BarChart connected, SP500 should be around 980 today. If you still feel the data is incorrect, it would be best to contact BarChart directly.
