Menu items disappearing?

I normally have a number of options in the Tools menu that show things like Edit NinjaScript, New NinjaScript, etc.

However, now they are gone. I am running 6.5.1000.11, and these options used to be here. Is there some setting that I am missing? Why would menu items disappear?

I suspect you have a NinjaTrader Direct license entered at Help-->License Key. Such licenses do not include all functionalities of the software, such as NinjaScript and ATM strategies.

I suggest to enter the license you had previously entered and check if the options are available again.
