Email Image from Chart Function

For some reason, I can not get the e-mail image to work on my charts. If you right click, you can see the e-mail image option. Everyone else I know uses that function and it works, but mine will not. I ust TT as my feed, and when I click on email image, it just hangs for a moment, then comes back and says "email failed". Is there some trick to this or does anyone have any suggestions.

I suggest to check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software, that could be blocking the email.

In addition, you could also right click the chart and select 'Save As Image'. Subsequently attached the image in your email by sending it from your email application.

I've tried the antivirus and firewall suggestion with no luck. I am also aware of the other way to send, but it's about 3 or 4 steps and much more complicated than using the email image function, so I would like to get it to work if possible.

I suggest to try different email addresses and check if that will work.

Nope, no luck with a different e-mail either.

I tested using my personal Hotmail address and it worked.

I suggest to try the same (Hotmail) and check if this will work for you.

Do you have any special settings in the software set up, or did you set up any of the SMTP portion of the settings under the MISC tab in the options section?

No, I have not setup anything special in the software; the SMTP server option is blank.

In addition, I suggest to try sending the email without being connected to TT and check if this might make a difference.
