ATM without stop order

Hi

Is it possible to have ATM strategy with target only?
If so, how would I do it?

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to configure an ATM strategy with a profit target only.
That said, you might try setting your stop loss to a extremely high value (for example 1000 ticks) to minimize the chances of the stop being filled.

I did this before. I set stop at 80 ticks away (20 points away on
S&P emini contract). When entry order was filled, it generated an
error saying that stop is too far away and ended up not putting
both stop and target order.

Thank you for your reply.

It could be that the stop being placed so far away from market price violates margin requirements.

You could submit the order without an ATM strategy and place an exit order at your intended price point. Unfortunately, this would be a manual process, but it should meet your needs.
