Can't find Symbol

I'm trying to chart the NIKKEI 225 index. The symbol can be found in my PATS account under SGX --> Japan Cash (using the PATS platform), but I can't seem to find it when I use NT

please advise

fonzy666, welcome to the forums - we have two symbols for the Nikkei setup, the NKD and N225. You can check what is 'broker authorized' for your PATS account by following the botton section of the connection guide - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...PatSystems.htm

I found the symbol I was looking for from the menu but I can't seem to enter it correctly. (jpeg attached)

fonzy666, the PATS connection supports Futures symbols only, so please use of the presetup NKD or N225 instruments.

OK I'm trying to get a futures chart this time but I get the same error. Can you tell from the screenshot what I missed?
