Zenfire data question

Hello,

I've not used the Zenfire data feed in almost a year (been using IQ Feed). Last I used Zen, I recall being able to download well over a month of tick data. Is this still correct. Someone told me it's now only 1 day of tick data.

I would appreciate any specifics which can be provided.

Yes, you should receive tick data for more than one day within NinjaTrader.

Please confirm you have Historical Data enabled with the steps I have provided below.

• Disconnect from your Zen-Fire connection
• Control Center
• Tools
• Account Connections
• Select your Zen-Fire connection
• Change
• Next
• Historical Data-->Enabled
• Next
• Next
• Finish
• Reconnect to your Zen-Fire connection

Please let me know if you are able to view more than one day of tick data after this procedure.

It's not that I have a problem, I don't even have a Zen log in now. Before switching, I wanted to find out if they still provided as much as they did when I last used them.

No, there has not been any changes made to the available historical data for the Zen-Fire connection.
