That is interesting as we have had no other reports.
Let's verify the following...
1. Ensure you are using DTNiQ version 4.0
2. Disconnect from DTN, shutdown NT and restart the software. Can you re-produce?

Hi Vincent!
Well, it may have been close to a "false alarm"... After a brief exchange with Paul at DTN, I discovered the latest version of IQclient, installed it and (just as you suggested) rebooted ALL the components in my hardware loop; cable modem, linksys router, Vonage modem AND the PC - which I had repeatedly overlooked when I was restarting things... Since doing this yesterday around noon eastern, I have had NO "connection lost" notices. So this one goes under "operator error". and don't most of them?
