Error Message On Placing An Order Future Contract

Hi
When I Place An Order On My Super Dome Or Control Center For 2 Future Contracts Ninja Trader Will Give Me An Eror Message :

This Order Violates The Total Constraint Specified In The Default Order Settings.(451) Affected Order:sell 2 Limit @1000.75

My Broker Is Inter Active Brokers And My Order Goes Through Their Tradeer Work Station But I Cant See My Order On Ninja Trader So I Would Appreciate If You Could Tell Me What To Do So I Can Start Trading Now ....

Hello saeed,

The error comes from the broker/exchange and indicates the order is in violation in regards to default order settings. I suspect it refers to orders settings in TWS.

I suggest to check your order settings in TWS.

my order settings are 2 contract i already called them and they also checked my default orders no problem with that you see i can go long 2 contract with no problem but when i go short 2 contract it gives me th error and doesn't show on ninja trader but it is active in tws and it will execute the order ,it just doen't show me on ninja trader (chart trader)
i can go short 1 contract no problem but when you go 2 contract short that's when the error message comes in.
